India Space Congress: Elevating India's Space Ambitions
How we brought together government, industry, and global trade to position India's space sector on the world stage.

Key Meetings Conducted
USD Print & Digital Media Value Generated
Press Conferences Managed
THE CHALLENGE
India's space sector was rapidly opening up to private enterprise and global partnerships, but lacked a unified platform to connect government stakeholders, industry leaders, and international trade audiences. The brief: create a high-impact congress that could bring together India's most influential space and defence institutions under one roof, and translate that convening power into real trade and media outcomes.
OUR APPROACH
We partnered with four major Indian government bodies, ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation), the Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Defence, and NSIL, to design a congress built around substance and visibility.
- B2B meetings and networking sessions connecting industry and government stakeholders
- Introduction to space Tourism, with multiple breakout sessions creating demand and interest.
- Press conferences and structured media engagement to drive coverage
- Strategic trade relationship building across the space and aerospace ecosystem
THE RESULT
The congress delivered 625+ key meetings and 85+ media interactions, generating over 55M USD in print and digital media value. 25+ press conferences were managed end-to-end, establishing the event as a flagship platform for India's space sector on the global stage.
