Virtual Roadshows: One Format, Every Destination
A scalable virtual roadshow model that trained 1,650+ travel agents across four destinations, expanding pan-India trade engagement beyond metro cities at a fraction of the cost.

Agents trained across destinations
Destinations activated virtually
Trade network reach, beyond the metros
THE CHALLENGE
Physical roadshows reach a handful of metro cities at a high cost per agent, leaving Tier II and III markets, where a growing share of outbound demand now sits, largely untouched. Our clients needed a way to educate the trade at scale, consistently, without the cost and logistics of running city-by-city physical events for every destination.
OUR APPROACH
We built one virtual roadshow format and repeated it across destinations, leaning on our pan-India regional association network to pull in the right agents rather than just high volume.
- Ran destination-specific virtual roadshows for Taiwan, Uzbekistan, Sabah, and Saudi
- Sourced agents through regional trade associations to ensure quality participation beyond the metros
- Standardised a scalable session format: destination presentations, interactive Q&A, and trade incentives adaptable to each market
- Kept sessions accessible anytime, anywhere, lowering the cost per agent trained versus physical events
THE RESULT
Across the four destinations, we trained 1,650+ agents, reaching trade partners well beyond metro markets. The model proved that virtual roadshows can deliver comparable trade engagement to physical events at a fraction of the cost, giving each destination a repeatable playbook for future activations.
